The TRAC team knew they had significant patronage from iOS devices, and knew they needed an app. They wanted to reach this demographic of patrons with a convenient solution that provided full access to all of the library’s standard online features and functions, while ensuring every digital library experience was awesome.
The HF team worked with TRAC to establish clear objectives and guided the project through a detailed User Experience Blueprint process. Careful attention was given to integrating the library’s third party solutions. We worked closely with both the TRAC team and their other vendors to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery.
We delivered an app that integrated with several library vendors. HF came up with an engaging and functional design, encompassing the full functionality of the library experience in a highly effective interface, increasing virtual patronage. The TRACpac app yielded measurable increases in new youth patronage.
