Are there any prerequisites?

Yes, you must ensure the following

• You must be running Polaris® ILS version 3.6
• You must obtain license for the Polaris® API
• For multi-branch libraries, limit filters for branches must be set up

What API keys do I need to provide?

• Polaris® API key and connector API
• Chilifresh Reviews API key

What branding elements do I need to provide for customization?

If you want the application branded to your library, we will require the following:

• Library logo - high resolution jpg or png
• Library colors - pantone or RGB values
• Library / Library System details for the "About" page
• List of branches in a multi-branch scenario

Can I request features for my app?

Absolutely. We are more than happy to add features to your version of the app. Examples are Top 10 book list integration, library news, coming soon, and social media integration. Make sure you can provide us with enough details so we confirm the feasibilty.

How will the app be distributed?

Hybrid Forge will release the application under our Apple developer account. We will also maintain the source control for your particular app with any customizations.

If you wish to distribute the app under your own Apple developer account, we can support that as well. Extra charges may apply.
